PRCA B2B Group boosts leadership with two new appointments

The PRCA Business-to-Business (B2B) Group has appointed Fight or Flight’s Lauren Payne-McLeod as co-chair, and Dan Bird as a new Committee Member.

The widely respected duo joins current Chair Caroline Gruen, Milk & Honey, to help deliver a series of in-person and virtual events that help members working in the B2B sector improve the quality and scope of their practice.

Payne-McLeod is an experienced creative campaign planner and issues handler, having developed campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands including, LinkedIn, Facebook, and O2. She was also a finalist in the 2020 PRCA Next Gen Creative Challenge competition.

Committee Member Bird has led, managed, and executed international and local media relations programmes for Ericsson, IBM and Trustly, and has driven coverage for Gartner for Marketers, Teads and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions.

The Group’s next event ‘The Best of B2B’will take place in London on 15th September.

Co-Chair of the PRCA B2B Group and Associate Director, Strategy & Creative at Fight or Flight Lauren Payne-McLeod said:

“I’m thrilled to be joining the B2B PRCA Group as Co-Chair at what is an incredibly exciting time for our sector. From the introduction of the first-ever B2B category at Cannes Lions, to seeing the increasingly creative work that is turning heads and making waves across our industry, B2B is finally booming. I’m looking forward to working closely with Caroline and the PRCA to bring together the talented people in our sector to share our collective insights, and learnings, and ultimately to celebrate the brilliant B2B specialists within PR.”

Chair of the PRCA B2B Group and partner at Milk & Honey PR Caroline Gruen said:

“B2B is becoming an ever more exciting space, with recent high-profile campaigns demonstrating how a creative approach will always win hearts and minds.

“I’m delighted to welcome Lauren to the group as co-chair and Dan to the committee. We’re planning ahead for our next events later this summer, which will continue our quest to raise awareness and appreciation of this business-critical discipline.”
