Last night, the PRCA DARE Awards North West ceremony was held at The Lowry Theatre in Manchester, honouring the outstanding PR and communications professionals. This year's edition of the awards is headline sponsored by 3Gem with additional sponsorship by Carma and Reuben Sinclair.
