PRCA Southeast Europe Network launches with Danijel Koletić as Chair
The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) announces the launch of its member-led Southeast Europe Network under the overall chairmanship of Danijel Koletić.
The Network follows significant membership growth on the continent and is the latest stage in the PRCA’s global expansion, building on its standing as the largest PR association in the world.
Danijel comes to this role with 30 years of experience areas of crisis management, media relations, event management, and strategic consulting. He also founded a leading international conference focused on public relations, PRO PR Conference.
PRCA Southeast Europe Network Chair Danijel Koletić said:
"For years we have been in a situation where there are many different perceptions from management of companies on the PR profession. Southeast Europe desires more understanding from its political figures and the public on the function of public relations, along with new standards of cooperation with media outlets. We also have a responsibility to adapt to the digital world and how it changes the PR industry. For me, this function primarily represents responsibility, a new challenge, but also new opportunities in connecting experts and colleagues in the field of PR."
PRCA Director General Francis Ingham MPRCA said:
“The PRCA Southeast Europe Network will offer first-class networking and professional development opportunities to practitioners in the region. Under Danijel’s leadership, the Network will grant practitioners from Southeast Europe access to the world’s largest professional PR community. We look forward to working Danijel and our partners in the region as we build on our mission to raise standards of professional practice globally.”
