PRCA welcomes eight new Fellows

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) today announced the induction of eight new Fellows, celebrated for their exceptional contributions to the global public relations industry.

These individuals have been honoured for their outstanding achievements and dedication to advancing the field of public relations worldwide. They will join a distinguished group of other recognised professionals within the PRCA's Fellowship.

Chair of Fellows, Alison Clarke commented: “It is an absolute pleasure to recognise the contribution that these industry colleagues have made. The honour of Fellowship marks their outstanding achievements and dedication to advancing the field of public relations worldwide.”

The newly appointed Fellows are:

  • Rachel Bell

"I feel very honoured to be invited to become a Fellow of the PRCA. As an industry we have expanded, evolved and matured immeasurably in recent years, this has been greatly aided by the work of The PRCA. I look forward to working closely with the other fellows as we work to continue to professionalise our sector and seize all the opportunities the ever changing technology is presenting us.”

  • Gavin Devine

“Becoming a PRCA Fellow is a real honour. I’ve always been incredibly proud to work in communications and public affairs and hopefully to make a real difference for the many amazing clients I’ve supported over the years. It’s therefore fantastic to be recognised by our industry body.”

  • Ray Eglington

“The PRCA is a driving force for excellence in communications, in the UK and in key markets across the globe. I’ve been delighted to be a part of its development over the last two years and I’m deeply honoured to be named a Fellow.”

  • Lis Lewis-Jones

“It’s a terrific honour to be invited to become a Fellow of the PRCA, an organisation that continues to do so much for our profession both in the UK and internationally. I’ve been involved with the PRCA as chair of its Council in 2011/12 and, having been on the board for 10 years, have seen the difference it makes representing companies, in-house teams and individuals especially in such a fast-moving communications world.

“I look forward to supporting the PRCA and working with other Fellows to continue to ensure the professionalism and growth of our incredible industry.”

  • Sarah Scholefield

“It is a great honour to be nominated and approved for Fellowship of the PRCA. The Fellows represent some of the most highly respected and influential members of our industry. It is a great privilege to join them.”

  • Gerry Wisniewski

“It's an honour to be nominated to become PRCA Fellow and join an esteemed list of PR leaders. I look forward to contributing to conversations which advance the evolution of our sector, address our industry's challenges, all while making stronger connections with colleagues across the field.”

  • Steffan Williams

"Our industry is largely about the power of third party opinion so it's particularly special to receive recognition from one's peers. Having served on the PRCA Board for over 20 years I've seen it blossom into one of the most impressive trade associations in the world. In other words, I'm delighted and humbled to have been invited to become a Fellow."

  • Guy Woodcock

“I feel honoured to become a Fellow of the PRCA, which is indisputably today the voice of the industry on the world stage. Having been part of the organisation for almost 25 years, and active on its behalf in my own region and nationally, I have watched its transformational growth and now global influence with pride and admiration.”
