SHARE YOUR ETHNICITY PAY GAP JOURNEY WITH PRCA REEB

PRCA’s Race and Ethnicity Equity Board (REEB), is updating its groundbreaking Ethnicity Pay Gap guide for 2024, and is inviting members of the PR and communications industry to share their progress since the first edition was published in 2020. Organisations and individuals can complete a quick survey or submit a case study for consideration for the report. The updated report coincides with the Government announcement that it will introduce mandatory ethnicity pay gap reporting.

‘We are keen to explore how the landscape differs from that in 2020,’ says REEB Chair Barbara Phillips. ‘Some progress has been made within this space with the support of industry media and some organisations have reported progress. However global majority professionals still earn considerably less than their white colleagues, and it is critical that our industry keeps this important issue high on the agenda.’

To take the survey, which will take the around five minutes, visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/L8YR5L2

To submit a case study, or for more information, email Faisal.hussain@prca.org.uk by no later than 20 August 2024.
